What if I need to reschedule?

Is this really free?
Yes. This is a conversation to see if we're a good fit. I don't charge for initial consultations because I want to make sure I can actually help you before we discuss working together.
What if I'm not sure I need sales consulting?
That's exactly why we should talk. Sometimes you don't know what's missing until someone with an outside perspective points it out. Even if you decide not to hire anyone, you'll walk away with clarity.
Will you try to sell me something on the call?
No. I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help. If yes, I'll explain how and what working together would look like. If no, I'll tell you why and suggest better alternatives. No pressure either way.
What if I'm outside Wilmington?
I work with clients remotely all over North Carolina and beyond. As long as we can meet on Zoom, location doesn't matter.
Can I bring my business partner/spouse/manager to the call?
Absolutely. The more relevant people who are on the call, the better the conversation.
